Youth Flag Football Program
Flag Football Coordinator: Bobby Swift (swifthunter@comcast.net)

The CVYFA flag football program is open to boys and girls ages 6 and 7 who want to start learning the game of football. The program provides younger players a fun opportunity to engage in non-contact football action while learning lessons in teamwork, sportsmanship and physical fitness.
The program will consist of practices 2 times per week during the months
of September and October. Games will take place on weekends. All
activities will take place at Conestoga Valley High School. Team size
and number of teams will be based upon the number of players registered.
A t-shirt will be provided for each registered player. No other equipment is necessary.
A registration fee of $40 will be due at the time of registration. This fee will cover the expense of equipment and field usage. You will be encouraged to participate in CVYFA fund raising activities. Players who do participate in fundraisers will earn a free ticket to the end of season banquet.
Player Evaluations will be announced in August.
Player Drills and Technique Clinics will be announced in August.
All activities take place on the fields behind Conestoga Valley High School. Players should bring water bottles and cleats or sneakers. The flag program will use the JV baseball field area, behind the home side of the football stadium. If you need directions, please go to the football concession stand.
Flag football practices will be announced in August.
2012 GAME SCHEDULE: Will be Announced in August
We encourage parents to get involved as our youth football program relies heavily on volunteers for coaching, help on game day, fundraising, concession stand and our annual end of season banquet.
If you are interested in helping directly with the flag football program, please contact Coach Swift and if you are interested in helping the youth football program please visit the CVYFA page.
