CVYFA BY-LAW UPDATE:

Please review the by-laws and send comments to football@cvbucks.com or attend the next by-law committee meeting tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, February 28th at 6:30pm at CV High School. This will be the last opportunity for input on the by-laws as they are scheduled to be submitted for approval at the montly board meeting in March. This is the first step of organization. The next step will be to assemble and approve standard operating procedures.

 

HELP NEEDED:

We are searching for an athletic director and head coaches for all teams for the 2012 football season. If you are interested in any of these positions, please send an email to football@cvbucks.com by February 28th.

We are also searching for volunteers for the following:

2012 YOUTH FOOTBALL REGISTRATION:

Registration for the 2012 Flag and Tackle football season will take place at CV High School Rill Gym lobby on the following dates:

Saturday, May 5th from 9am to 12pm

Monday, May 21st from 7pm to 9pm

Saturday, June 2nd from 8am to 1pm

 More details on registration will be made available in the spring.

 

Equipment Return Policy: 
Returning your football equipment in a timely manner is very important so proper maintenance can be completed for the next football season. At the end of the football season, there will be announced equipment hand-in dates and times. If the equipment is returned during those scheduled times, you will receive a full equipment deposit refund. Equipment returned one week after the scheduled equipment return will receive 1/2 of the equipment deposit. Equipment returned after 2 weeks or more after the scheduled equipment return forfeit their equipment deposit. Any equipment not returned will be subject to criminal prosecution and up to $500 in cost to replace the equipment.
